My husband has a niece one year younger than him. It was a shock to become a Great Auntie Lorna at the age of twenty-three! It looks like Uncle Jake is taking the responsibility well!
hey, we have that set of blocks!! they're adorable together. don't you do a double take every once in a while as you ponder your baby and your grandbaby playing together?!? and boy do I hope I look as good as you when my grandbabies come along!! ;-)
It is a blast being a young grandma! :o) I do find myself saying, "Mommy will have this one.", etc. Then quickly changing it to Grandma. LOL It is a hard habit to break with little ones of your own running around. :o)
