I made a YUMMY crock-pot Apple Pie! Everyone enjoyed this special dessert. It was easy to put together following the instructions found HERE. I substituted canned peaches for apple pie filling.

That is what I was thinking too. It was so nice and warm and smelled sooooo good, but I had no ice cream. :( So I will have to make it again and have ice cream on hand. Just another reason to make it sooner than later I guess. :)
